CAMIRA Prize at Cortocircuito (Santiago de Compostela)

CAMIRA announce its prize for the second time at Curtocircuito International Film Festival of Santiago de Compostela (Spain). The jury composed of Enric Albero and Julio Vilariño decided to give a special mention to A Fundamental Error by Alberte Pagán “for opening a new path for experimental cinema, connecting the tradition of the physical filmic materiality to the digital context”.
The main prize went to Eden’s Edge by Gerhard Treml and Leo Calice “for its ability to work within a landscape cinema from a formal perspective without giving up the stories and narratives of the population depicted in the film”.
